You will be given information on multiple job candidates who have applied for an open position within an organization.
You will evaluate each of these candidates using selection principles from the course, as well as supplemental material. You will then draft a memo which includes a rank order of the job candidates and your suggestions for improving the organization’s hiring process. Additional details on this assignment will be provided in a separate document. This analysis should be typewritten in memo format using single-spacing, 12-point font, and 1-inch margins. Your memo should not exceed five pages of text, excluding references and appendices. Analyses will be graded based on analysis, content, clarity, organization, style, and grammar. Typos, misspellings, grammatical errors, poor organization, repetitive word choices, and punctuation errors will adversely affect your grade.
