In this unit, you will read several different selections of works, in different genres, related to the philosophical and artistic movement of Transcendentalism.
Prompt: Using one or more overarching themes, genres, or ideas discussed in this unit, you will analyze how a single chosen work/author relates to Transcendentalism. You will need to discuss both the movement and the work/author in detail, noting how the author fits into/impacts the larger historical scope of literature.

You are required to use TWO sources to support your argument (scholarly or other credible sources are acceptable).
